Services and scope
Xtra-Myle offers local visibility management, Google Business Profile management, website basics, citation work, monthly reporting, and optional missed-call text-back setup and management. The services provided to you are those in the plan and scope you approve in writing. Additional work requires a separate agreement.
Plans and fees
Visibility Starter is $197 per month. Visibility + Call Capture is $297 per month. Both plans include a free basic seven-page website with free shared hosting. A one-time $300 setup covers an audit, access setup, Google Business Profile rebuild where needed, and the call-text workflow when applicable. Website preparation begins when you express interest. We confirm your service area and scope with you before requesting payment.
Monthly plan fees are recurring and are paid through the checkout link for the selected plan. The setup fee is a one-time charge. The checkout provider may display its own payment terms. We will tell you about any proposed additional charge before work begins.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business details, review materials and service-area proposals, grant appropriate account access by invitation, and respond to requests needed to deliver the work. You remain responsible for your business operations, customer service, offers, licensing, and the accuracy of information you approve.
For missed-call text-back, you are responsible for the phone service, caller relationship, message content approval, and any notices, consent, or other requirements that apply to your communications with customers.
Third-party services
Local visibility and call workflows may depend on Google and other directory, hosting, phone, messaging, or AI/search services. Those services are operated by third parties and are subject to their own availability, policies, and terms. Xtra-Myle cannot control their decisions, outages, product changes, search results, or message delivery.
No guaranteed rankings or business results
We provide the agreed work with reasonable care, but do not guarantee search rankings, Maps placement, AI assistant mentions, call volume, leads, sales, revenue, or any particular timing. These outcomes depend on factors beyond our control.
Website and content
The included website is a basic seven-page site prepared with the information and materials you provide or approve. Custom development, additional pages, and specialized functionality are outside the basic inclusion unless agreed separately. You are responsible for ensuring that materials you supply may be used. Free shared hosting is included while the applicable plan is active; any transition or ongoing hosting arrangement after service ends will be discussed with you.
Term and cancellation
Monthly services continue while the plan is paid. You may request cancellation by emailing info@xtra-myle.com before the next renewal. Unless a different arrangement is agreed, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Any work completed, fees already due, or third-party charges are handled according to the applicable checkout terms and written scope.
Limits and changes
We may update these website terms as the services or website change. The terms and scope in effect when you approve a service will govern that work unless we agree otherwise in writing. To the extent permitted by law, Xtra-Myle is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from third-party search, phone, or messaging decisions or outages.
